Delivery & Terms
We ship to the UK, EU, United States and Canada.
Orders within the UK are mailed within 2-3 business days, usually with Royal Mail and the Postman.
Orders for Canada, EU and United States are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow two weeks for delivery.
Please note our carriers are experiencing delays in delivery due to the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, especially with overseas shipping. If you have any questions or concerns please email Jo firstname.lastname@example.org.
All our candles are mailed in fully biodegradable packaging.
You have 14 days from the receipt date of the products to contact Ludic and place a refund request. Once your request has been approved by us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods back to us. Any returned item must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received, including original product packaging. Please make sure your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging if at all possible). Only new, unworn or unused products may be returned, and we will not offer you any refund if the returned products do not meet our acceptance criteria.
If you would like to exchange a product, we kindly ask you to return the item purchased and then place a new order on our Website.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted, and refund will not be processed.
Please note that any outgoing and return postage costs incurred are at the buyer's cost. Ludic will only pay the return costs and subsequent re-delivery costs (if applicable) if the return is a result of our error or the returned items are damaged or faulty .
If you have received any damaged or faulty* item, or if your order is wrong or incomplete please let us know in writing at your earliest convenience by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to fix it.
In the case of an international order, local import costs (taxes and charges) will not be refunded.
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you. We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment.
If a product is faulty please contact Jo email@example.com as soon as possible to arrange a replacement item. Please email photos of the faulty product if you are able to do so.
